Job Summary

  • The Power Plant Electrician is responsible for the safe operation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medium- and low-voltage electrical power generation and distribution systems.
  • The position supports continuous power generation operations by ensuring all electrical systems, equipment, and components operate reliably, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • The Power Plant Electrician is classified as a Qualified Person under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.399 and performs work on energized electrical systems in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.332(b)(3) training and qualification requirements.
