Job Summary

  • As a Technical Real Estate Manager, you will be the driving force behind the optimal functioning of our buildings, installations, and grounds, taking full responsibility for their management and maintenance.
  • You will be responsible for managing, contracting, and evaluating contracted suppliers, as well as advising on investments, functionality, and risks related to our buildings, installations, and grounds.
  • We offer a good salary between €4,600-5,800 gross per month, a good bonus scheme, 40 days off, a sports allowance, and employee discounts on Bosch products.
