Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred
  • Current Physical Therapist License
  • National Provider BLS certification
