The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily HR operations of the hotel, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, compliance, training, payroll support, and associate engagement.
This role partners closely with department leaders to ensure the property attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining compliance with company policies, employment laws, and brand standards.
The HR Manager may occasionally need to work evenings, weekends, or holidays based on business needs, employee relations matters, recruiting events, or operational demands.
