  • The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily HR operations of the hotel, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, compliance, training, payroll support, and associate engagement.
  • This role partners closely with department leaders to ensure the property attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining compliance with company policies, employment laws, and brand standards.
  • The HR Manager may occasionally need to work evenings, weekends, or holidays based on business needs, employee relations matters, recruiting events, or operational demands.
