Base: $175,000.00 - $225,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life, accident, disability insurance, wellness programs, and paid time off

Key Requirements
3-8 years of relevant investment banking experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
Series 79 and 63 licenses within 90 days of joining
Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
