  • The HR V&A team partners with deal teams across Accenture’s acquisitions to design and implement HR solutions across all core components of HR people programmes and processes.
  • The HR V&A Market Practitioner will be assigned to various M&A projects and will be accountable for the success, effectiveness, and on-time delivery of HR due diligence and integration work stream activities.
  • Key responsibilities include defining due diligence approaches, developing preliminary solution plans for HR decisions, and managing the end-to-end onboarding process for acquired employees.
