Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Oracle HCM Payroll implementation
Enterprise HR and payroll system integration
Data mapping and API development
Integration tools and middleware experience
Payroll system knowledge for SG/MY/PH/TH/ID/VN
Nice-to-have
Basic programming knowledge PHP Laravel Java .NET
Project management methodologies experience
Process improvement initiatives
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year HCM implementation experience
At least 2 full cycle enterprise HCM Payroll implementations
Experience with Oracle HCM Payroll, Leave & Attendance, Claims modules
Knowledge of local statutory requirements SG/MY/PH/IN/TH
Relevant certifications like PMP or ITIL desirable
Experience as Business Analyst, System Integrator or Functional Consultant
