Must-have
10+ years commercial dealership sales experience
Expertise in floor plan and real estate financing
Ability to analyze income statements and balance sheets
Proven track record of prospecting new business
Strong negotiation and client relationship skills

Existing knowledge of Southern California market
Active networking contacts and Centers of Influence
Experience with cross-selling wealth management solutions
Participation in local ADA organizations

Key Requirements
10+ years broad-based sales experience in Commercial Dealership Sales
Extensive experience in financial analysis and loan structuring
