Ability to use POS system
Knowledge of beverages including liquors and wines
Ability to carry trays and lift 25 pounds
Follow proper steps of service
Ability to work as a team
Ability to use technology such as tablets

Ability to pair wines with meals
Knowledge of menu items including allergies and prep time
Ability to handle high pressure situations
Strong communication skills

Attend department meetings and daily stand ups
Key Requirements
High School diploma or higher
Minimum one year hospitality/serving experience preferred
Experience as Server Assistant, Backwater, or Food Runner preferred
