  • Responsibilities include managing community, stakeholder, and resident engagement, as well as application, approval, and reporting processes with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Valid and unrestricted Arizona Class D Driver License
  • Educational background in real estate, urban planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, architecture, public administration, public health, or a closely related field
  • Master’s degree in Planning, Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Public Administration, or a related discipline
  • Direct experience working with grant-funded projects
  • Professional experience in real estate, housing development and project management
  • Direct experience working with program participants, stakeholders and the public
