Job Summary
The Special Project Manager will advance the department’s Single Family Home and Asset Repositioning Strategies, facilitate selling properties to market, and position properties for affordable homeownership.
Responsibilities include managing community, stakeholder, and resident engagement, as well as application, approval, and reporting processes with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Valid and unrestricted Arizona Class D Driver License
Educational background in real estate, urban planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, architecture, public administration, public health, or a closely related field
Master’s degree in Planning, Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Public Administration, or a related discipline
Direct experience working with grant-funded projects
Professional experience in real estate, housing development and project management
Direct experience working with program participants, stakeholders and the public
