Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
5-8 years of operations management experience
Experience in chemical or coating industry preferred
Demonstrated leadership over multiple teams or locations
Knowledge of Seveso (BRZO) and ISO 14001 regulations
Experience with ERP and maintenance systems (e.g., SAP)
