• The HVAC Foreman is responsible for leading and coordinating HVAC mechanics in the preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of campus HVAC systems.
• This position provides first-line supervision, assigns and monitors work, ensures completion of PM and repair work orders, and supports operational continuity across academic, research, residential, and administrative facilities.

$63,138.50 - $70,154; Commensurate with education and experience; Benefits: University contributions to health, dental, life and disability insurance, tuition waivers for employees and their families, 12 official holidays, immediate leave accrual, and a choice of retirement programs with university contributions ranging from 5 to 10% of employee salary.
