Job Summary
Lead and grow the Molecular Diagnostics business across Mozambique and the broader South East Africa region with full commercial, operational, and people leadership responsibility.
Drive new business development, improve win-rates, increase share of wallet, and expand value with existing customers while overseeing contract negotiations and managing customer escalations.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Ministry of Health officials, government bodies, regulatory agencies, and key advisors, while developing high-performing teams through coaching and mentoring.
