Key Requirements
BS in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years experience or Masters with 5+ years
Experience with plastic, sheet metal, die casting and rubber parts design
Expertise with CAD software (PTC Creo, SolidWorks, Autocad)
Experience with full product cycle from concept to production
Experience with reliability testing and Design for Reliability tools
Demonstrated project leadership and planning capability
MS with 8+ years experience preferred
Six Sigma green belt or black-belt certification preferred
