  • We are seeking a seasoned Talent Development professional with strong Diversity & Inclusion expertise to lead the India IX charter.
  • We are focused on operationalizing inclusion—shifting from intent to everyday behavior, from programs to capability, and from aspiration to measurable business impact.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated data-driven program design and evaluation
  • Strong understanding of Tech industry and business dynamics
  • Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
