Job Summary

  • The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring that modifications work orders are successfully applied to aircraft safely and efficiently.
  • This role requires supervising a team of two Airframe Sheet Metal Technicians and two Avionic / Electrical Technicians.
  • Candidates must possess an Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License with at least five years of recent A&P repair experience.

Key Requirements

  • Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required
  • Minimum 5 years supervisory or manager experience
  • Minimum 5 years recent total A&P repair experience
  • Ability to obtain Government Security Clearance
  • Clean driving record and current driver's license
