  • This role will convert global market insight into focused product investments, coordinated roadmaps, and quantifiable results.
  • You will lead the product strategy for our priority international markets, ensuring our localisation efforts, partnerships, and integrations deliver differentiated customer value and rapidly accelerate Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

Key Requirements

  • 6-10+ years in Product Management or adjacent
  • B2B SaaS experience
  • HCM/Finance/ERP domain experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success building for international markets
  • Strong analytical toolkit
  • Proficiency with experimentation and measurement
  • Excellent discovery skills
  • Cross-functional leadership
  • Clear, concise communication
  • Fluency in a second language outside of English
