Job Summary
Responsible for project sales and channel sales in the region, actively selling air compressor products and services through primary and secondary agents, establishing good relationships with end customers, achieving annual sales targets, increasing Ingersoll Rand's market share and maximizing sales profits.
Develop, cultivate and manage the network of regional dealers and industry dealers in the responsible region, urge and assist them to establish good customer relations, complete the annual target, and improve the market share and profit in the region.
Manage the whole customer experience from product support to final delivery acceptance and follow-up after-sales service and assist the background to make continuous quality improvement.
