Job Summary

  • You are responsible for championing operational excellence in post market surveillance processes, overseeing adherence to predefined parameters and standards, facilitating reporting audits, leading talent management and training programs, strategizing management action items and developing risk mitigation plans.
  • You will engage with regulators, actively participate in direct dialogue and negotiations on strategic topics related to post-market quality and build and foster strong relationships with Quality leaders across Philips' Business Clusters, Integrated Supply Chain, Central Quality, Regional Regulatory and Compliance, and other functional areas.
  • The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $180,600 to $252,000 Annually, and employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program.

Salary

Base: $180,600 to $252,000 Annually; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered; Benefits: Generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with Bachelor's
  • 6+ years of experience with Master's
  • 7+ years of experience leading teams
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Medical Sciences, Healthcare Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • US work authorization
