Job Summary

  • This role leads the strategy for, and execution of, high-value, high-impact customer engagements that drive measurable technical and business impact.
  • Lead, mentor, and promote successful Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and proactively identify renewal risks and develop action plans and strategies to mitigate risk.
