Job Summary
The role will manage the delivery of analytics on campaigns, customer behavior and channel distribution performance, provide high quality insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders across different business units to optimize business growth and identify opportunities for improvement.
Explore and deploy new techniques for MI and data visualization to enhance existing campaign management, execution and automation processes.
Develop advanced analytics/Machine Learning-based solutions to uplift the effectiveness of analytics and modelling riding on (i) supervised/unsupervised Machine Learning techniques and (ii) unstructured data e.g. digital footprint.
