Base: $160,000.00 - $220,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Short-term and/or long-term incentives available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off

Formulary and pathway access expertise
Quarterly Business Review (QBR) leadership

Key Requirements
