The Maintenance Controller will lead the execution and delivery of F-15SA aircraft modifications at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with Boeing standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
This is a long-term expatriate position requiring relocation to Saudi Arabia with provided benefits, and the ability to meet international assignment health requirements for the candidate and accompanying family.
Key responsibilities include overseeing modification execution, functional integration, budget support, audit facilitation, personnel competence, staffing, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, modification, MRO
5+ years of experience in F-15 Aircraft (or similar platform) modifications
5+ years of experience in an operational Team Leader / Maintenance Controller role
Extensive working knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance and Modification standards
Proven ability to sequence and control demanding workloads
Ability to meet international assignment health requirements
