The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies and current federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities.
Employees must participate in developing and implementing quality assurance programs and assist in facility surveys conducted by government agencies.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
