Job Summary

  • Design, build, test, and deploy operational and strategic HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Workday Report Writer, Power BI and other system-specific reporting tools.
  • Consult with HR Business Partners, HR Leadership, Finance, and other business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into technical report specifications.
  • Ensure strict adherence to global and local data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and company policies when handling sensitive employee data.
