Job Summary

• This position is responsible for the supervision of manufacturing of clinical and commercial products under GMP conditions, supervising Manufacturing Associates on a Night shift, scheduling shift tasks, ensuring GMP compliance and safety, drafting and reviewing manufacturing documents, troubleshooting, and coordinating with other departments.
• The role involves supervising Manufacturing Associates, identifying development gaps, performing manufacturing activities per cGMPs, scheduling and directing daily manufacturing activities, coordinating with other departments, reviewing and approving batch related documents, training associates, reviewing safety records, supervising validation activities, troubleshooting operational and equipment problems, and coordinating document revisions.

Salary

Base: $98,000.00-$127,000.00; Bonus/Equity: cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life insurances, Fitness & Wellness programs, Short- and Long-Term Disability insurance, 15 days paid vacation, end-of-year shutdown, 12 company paid holidays, 3 paid days off for Personal Significance, 80 hours sick time, Paid Maternity and Parental Leave, 401(k) with match, Employee stock purchase plan, Tuition reimbursement up to $10,000

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (STEM strongly preferred) + 4 years of transferrable experience
• Associates’ Degree + 6 years of transferrable experience
• High School Diploma + 8 years of transferrable experience
• Experience in a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facility
• Technical/practical experience in Drug Product/Parenteral Filling
• Competency in electronic systems (Oracle, CMMS, Trackwise, etc.)
