Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • MSDE 90-Hour Preschool Certification or CDA with Preschool Endorsement
  • 5+ years leadership experience in early childhood education
  • experience managing campuses serving 150–200 children
  • knowledge of MSDE regulations and NAEYC Accreditation
  • successful completion of state and federal background checks
  • GSA-security clearance for federal center campuses
