Key Requirements

  • University degree in Food and Nutrition
  • 1-2 years of experience in gerontology, rehabilitation, community/complex/long term care
  • Current registration in applicable province's regulatory College of Dietitians
  • Membership in Dietitians of Canada and the Gerontology Network
  • Knowledgeable of Provincial Food Premises Regulation, CCHSA Accreditation Canada, Provincial/Health Authority regulatory requirements, and Residents' Bill of Rights
  • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office applications and Synergy, Point Click Care/POC/eMAR
  • Complete and current Vulnerable Sector Check
