Job Summary

  • As Bell/Valet at Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn and Spa, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.
  • Assist all guests during and throughout their arrival and departure, maintain cleanliness, safety and order in all of his/her work areas, and ensure all complaints are handled in a caring and professional manner with the proper follow-up action taken.
