Job Summary

Major responsibilities include community mobilization, integrated health promotion, referral system strengthening, data collection, reporting, and knowledge sharing.
The position requires excellent French communication skills (oral and written) and a working knowledge of English and the local language.

Key Requirements
University degree in health or related studies
At least three years experience in international NGOs
At least two years experience in health program management
Proven experience in managing community projects
Project management and design experience
Project implementation and M&E experience
Excellent interpersonal and leadership ability
Experience in Risk Communication and Community Engagement
Experience in Immunization and Disease surveillance
Experience in a Polio eradication project
Experience in MNCH and Nutrition for u5 children
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 60%
