  • The Industrial HVAC Technician Tech 3 will report into the Facility Maintenance Team and requires a high level of technical expertise, independence, and leadership in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of industrial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on advanced HVAC systems including Chillers/Boilers, DX Equipment, Building Management Systems, Make-Up Air Units, Refrigeration Systems, and Compressed Air Systems.
