Job Summary

  • The Healthcare Access Manager engages with payers, institutions, HCPs and other key stakeholders to deliver value-based messages of Pfizer medicines and enhance access through innovative healthcare solutions and partnerships.
  • Establishes relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers to understand payers’ unmet needs and coordinate commercial & access long-term business objectives to maximize access.
  • Develops and executes an annual strategic account plan for assigned accounts with product-specific and relationship building targets, adjusting as needed based on progress.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years sales, Market Access Experience
  • Commercial experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in Saudi is a MUST
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science (or equivalent)
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
