Must-have

  • Enrolled in ACPE-accredited pharmacy program
  • Obtain Pharmacy Intern License within six months
  • Perform sterile compounding of hazardous drugs
  • Maintain USP <797> and <800> compliance
  • Execute daily and monthly cleanroom cleaning tasks

Nice-to-have

  • Previous hospital or sterile compounding experience
  • PTCB Certified Compounded Sterile Preparation Technician
  • ASHP Sterile Compounding Certificate
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems
  • Strong mathematical calculation skills

Key Requirements

  • Must be enrolled or accepted into an ACPE-accredited college/school of pharmacy
  • Must obtain Arkansas Pharmacy Intern License or Pharmacy Technician License by state board
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States required on first day
  • Successful completion of sterile product validation and gloved fingertip testing
  • Pass pre-employment screening including TB test, criminal background check, and substance abuse testing
