The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and executing International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) Master Agreements and related documentation to support the bank’s global markets business.
This role requires a deep understanding of derivatives, relevant regulatory frameworks, and market practices, along with strong negotiation and communication skills.
Work collaboratively with GMD colleagues located in New York, London, Sydney, Brisbane and Christchurch.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 7 years' global markets documentation experience
Qualified Lawyers
Excellent knowledge of ISDA Master Agreement, CSAs
Excellent knowledge of loans, guarantees and securities
Strong knowledge of Variation Margin and Initial Margin
