Job Summary

  • Support patient care delivery for their area as needed and act as a liaison within their area and amongst other departments and services to promote safe, quality patient care.
  • Participate in the development and monitoring of an effective staffing and retention strategy, including hiring and terminating employees, and partner with department leadership to ensure effective performance management of direct reports.
