Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Building Services
  • Electrical/Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or similar
  • C&G Pts 1 & 2 equivalent or exceeds
  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring and Installation certification
  • Experience with elogbooks CAFM system
