Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering reliable, accurate, and customer focused service execution by managing day to day Order to Cash (O2C) activities and supporting customer collaboration objectives.
  • The role works closely with the Customer Service & Collaboration Manager and cross functional teams to support customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and customer value creation, contributing to improved Advantage Group survey results and long-term customer partnerships.
