Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for building the tools, frameworks, and accelerators that enable the organization to scale AI, ML, and data science capabilities efficiently through automation and reusability.
  • The position requires 20% travel domestically and/or internationally and is located at the East Hanover site with no remote work option.
  • Compensation includes a salary range of $145,600 to $270,400 per year, performance-based cash incentives, potential equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Knowledge of MLOps principles and tools
  • Experience with testing frameworks and code quality tools
