Job Summary
This role is responsible for building the tools, frameworks, and accelerators that enable the organization to scale AI, ML, and data science capabilities efficiently through automation and reusability.
The position requires 20% travel domestically and/or internationally and is located at the East Hanover site with no remote work option.
Compensation includes a salary range of $145,600 to $270,400 per year, performance-based cash incentives, potential equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Requirements

Knowledge of MLOps principles and tools
Experience with testing frameworks and code quality tools
