You will lead strategic team management, organizational development, and S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize production and resources.
This role offers the opportunity to lead change, directly impact factory management through key metrics like inventory, sales, and costs, and provides a career path towards site SCM responsibility or SCM Director.
