Key Requirements
3+ years' experience as subject matter expert in M365 technologies
3+ years experience in mixed Intune/SCCM/co-managed environments
Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
Expert in Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, Entra ID RBAC, and SCCM/MECM
Experience with ITIL service Management tools
Proven incident/problem management and change governance leadership
