Job Summary

  • The Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the Investment function of the business that is tasked with the execution of new acquisition and development activity.
  • Greystar Ireland is one of the largest investors in the Irish residential and student accommodation sectors, having acquired almost 860 apartments and approximately 1,700 student accommodation beds since entering the Irish market in late 2019.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to improve our reporting systems and data capture to drive visibility and efficiency.
