Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to drive Manufacturing Excellence across all the Integer Manufacturing Facilities by designing and implementing sustainable systems that enable full engagement resulting in world-class operational performance in safety, quality, delivery, lead-time, and cost.
  • Responsibilities include deploying the Integer Production System, leading the creation of site visions and strategic plans, facilitating workshops, coaching site leaders (especially Continuous Improvement Managers), promoting a lean culture in all sites, and managing/developing direct reports.

Salary

Base: 134,250 - 196,900; Bonus/Equity: cash-based incentive program; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) with company matching, 80 hours holidays, paid time off

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • 10 years industrial experience
  • Plant Continuous Improvement Manager experience
