Job Summary

  • The Sr Manager, Commercial Enablement serves as a strategic leader responsible for defining, governing, and optimizing the U.S. commercial digital ecosystem.
  • This role leads cross functional alignment across Commercial, Marketing, IT, Data, and Global teams to ensure digital capabilities, platforms, and processes are built, integrated, and leveraged to enable commercial growth.
  • This is a hybrid position, and the selected candidate will be required to work onsite in the Lake Zurich, Illinois office 3 days a week.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or digital applications preferred
  • 10+ years related experience
  • 5+ years digital, informatics, and/or healthcare technology experience
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce.com, Google Platforms, and Adobe Experience Manager
