Must-have

  • Memory design or compiler development experience
  • SRAM, Register Files, ROM knowledge
  • CMOS digital circuit design principles
  • Behavioral and physical modeling of memory
  • Scripting languages Perl Tcl Python

Nice-to-have

  • Customer support in memory domains
  • IP development experience
  • Power-aware RTL and UPF flow
  • ASIC or SoC development background
  • Post Graduate degree in STEM

Key Requirements

  • US Citizenship required
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or STEM
  • 3+ years of Memory design experience
  • Ability to obtain US Government Security Clearance
