• The Reinsurance Director provides leadership and oversight for core ceded reinsurance operational activities, ensuring accurate, controlled, and timely reinsurance processing across the department.
• This role leads a team responsible for reinsurance processing, external reinsurer audits, and captive reinsurance administration, while partnering closely with Reinsurance Operations, Underwriting, Actuarial, Technology, and Accounting/Finance.
