  • Manages new build and renovation projects from purchase order through project completion, supporting quoting, selling, planning, vendor management, and budgeting phases.
  • Partners with internal and external stakeholders to drive an exceptional customer experience while delivering upon key performance objectives including Revenue, Quality, Cost, Customer Satisfaction, and Schedule.
  • Develops renovation project plans & phases, including timelines, risk mitigation, resource requirements, logistical support, and construction documentation.
