Manages new build and renovation projects from purchase order through project completion, supporting quoting, selling, planning, vendor management, and budgeting phases.
Partners with internal and external stakeholders to drive an exceptional customer experience while delivering upon key performance objectives including Revenue, Quality, Cost, Customer Satisfaction, and Schedule.
Develops renovation project plans & phases, including timelines, risk mitigation, resource requirements, logistical support, and construction documentation.
