The Production Supervisor provides direct supervision to manufacturing associates to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People performance goals.
This role requires adherence to the Integer Production System (IPS) focusing on enterprise alignment, sustained change, standardization, associate engagement, and systems optimization.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business, or a combination of education and 5 years of experience leading people in a manufacturing environment.
