The Level 1 IT/OT Engineer executes work orders and supports managed security services to ensure operational excellence and continuous delivery improvement.
This role requires participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation and occasional travel throughout North America or internationally.

Key Requirements

University technical degree or equivalent experience

Experience in Tier 2 or Tier 3 IT help desk support
Experience in compliance or regulated environments preferred
