Key Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months work experience or Bachelor's Degree
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years B2B client/merchant services experience
  • 2+ years CNP environment experience
  • 2+ years on-call escalation experience
  • Experience analyzing large data sets
  • Experience with monitoring tools
  • Ability to meet department SLAs
  • Flexible to work weekends/evenings/holidays
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
