This job is responsible for clinic patient support by performing essential clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the healthcare team.
Prepares and rooms patients within the clinic practice setting according to standardized work flows, accurately obtains patient vital signs and history, and may assist in the completion of various screening tools.
Assists providers with examinations and procedures, provides follow up with patients via preferred method of communication in accordance with provider instructions, and accurately documents in the electronic health record.
